His initial transition into real estate was primarily residential where he learned the importance of marketing, building relationships, and mastered negotiations. Always wanting to take his skills from hospitality management and merge them with Real Estate, Ryan took the jump and opened his Independent brokerage two years ago, the independence allows him and his agents to be flexible when it comes to marketing strategies and unique representation geared toward the individual client.
